Nev. Admin. Code § 483.835 - Possession and surrender of license
The holder of a commercial driver's license shall keep the license in his or her immediate possession at all times while driving a class of motor vehicle that requires a commercial driver's license and shall manually surrender the license for examination upon demand by any peace officer, any officer of a court or any employee of the Department.
