Nev. Admin. Code § 534.188 - "Reconditioning" defined
"Reconditioning" means the process of revitalizing an existing well by various methods that do not cause a material change in the design or construction of the well including, without limitation, chemical treatment, brush cleaning, surging and high-pressure jetting.
