Nev. Admin. Code § 576.160 - "Identification device" defined
"Identification device" means:
1. A tag for the identification of an animal
which is:
(a) Attached to the ear of the
animal; and
(b) Approved by the
United States Department of Agriculture; or
2. Any other device or method for the
identification of an animal which is approved by the Department.
