1. A person who holds a certified producer's certificate who sells or intends to sell only the agricultural products listed on that certificate is exempt from the provisions set forth in NAC 576.500 to 576.640, inclusive.

2. As used in this section, "certified producer's certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it in NAC 576.320.
