Nev. Admin. Code § 583.Sec. 19 - NEW
A mobile processing unit that transports carcasses, meat or poultry that has not been inspected to an official establishment or custom processing establishment must:
1.
Transport such carcasses, meat or poultry in a manner to prevent adulteration,
misbranding or mislabeling;
2.
Ensure that such carcasses, meat or poultry are refrigerated immediately after
being eviscerated;
3. Ensure each
carcass, meat or poultry is hung in the mobile processing unit such that the
carcass, meat or poultry does not touch the floor of the mobile processing unit
or touch any other carcass, meat or poultry; and
