Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.133 - Private carrier: Methods for submission of proof and other information

1. A private carrier shall submit proof of coverage to the designated agent by:
(a) Electronic transmission; or
(b) The United States Postal Service or any other mail delivery service.
2. As used in this section, "electronic transmission" means the sending of information by electronic means in the manner prescribed by the designated agent, including, without limitation, by a magnetic tape, cartridge, mainframe or personal computer.
