Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.946 - No right to reject coverage
An offender incarcerated in a county jail, city jail or other local detention facility may not reject coverage if the administrator of the county jail, city jail or other local detention facility has provided and secured coverage from an insurer under the modified program of industrial insurance pursuant to NRS 616B.029.
