Nev. Admin. Code § 624.712 - Requirements of order imposing probation; terms and conditions of probation
1. An order of the Board that imposes
probation must state:
(a) The period of time
during which a licensee is subject to probation;
(b) The terms and conditions imposed by the
Board during the period of probation; and
(c) The consequences for the failure of a
licensee to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by the
Board.
2. The terms and
conditions which the Board may impose during a period of probation include,
without limitation:
(a) Imposing disciplinary
action pursuant to paragraphs (c), (e) and (f) of subsection 1 of
NRS
624.300;
(b) Monitoring or reviewing the contracts or
practices of a licensee;
(c)
Ordering a licensee to complete remedial education;
(d) Requiring the licensee to change the
qualified person listed on a license or add a qualified person to a license;
and
(e) Requiring compliance with
any other term or condition which is intended to address, remediate, correct or
prevent a practice or harm which relates to the circumstances of the particular
case as a result of which probation is imposed.
