Nev. Admin. Code § 630.Sec. 2.6 - NEW
For the purposes of this chapter and chapter 630 of NRS, the Board will deem the holder of a license issued in this State or another state, as applicable, to be in good standing if the license is not expired, suspended, revoked, restricted, limited, conditioned, on probation or otherwise on a status that in any manner restricts the activity of the holder.
