Nev. Admin. Code § 632.800 - Periodic review; inspection of facilities; bases for continued approval
Current through March 28, 2022
1. The Board will:
(a) Review an approved program annually;
and
(b) Inspect the facilities used
by the program at least one time in every 24-month period or more frequently if
the Executive Director determines a need exists.
2. Continued approval of the program will be
based on:
(a) Information contained in the
application for approval which is submitted pursuant to NAC 632.721;
(b) The annual review conducted in accordance
with subsection 1 and the inspection of the facilities, if any; and
(c) The resolution of any deficiencies
identified by the Board in previous inspections.
3. The Board will notify the administering
body and the coordinator of the program of the outcome of its review by listing
commendations, recommendations and deficiencies in the program.
