Nev. Admin. Code § 632.916 - Complaint and notice of hearing on disciplinary matter; waiver of claim of improper notice

1. At least 20 days
before a hearing on any formal disciplinary matter, the complaint and notice of
the hearing will be mailed to the person named in the complaint by certified
mail to the last known address shown on the records of the Board. The complaint
and notice of hearing may be included in the same document. There is a
rebuttable presumption that a complaint and notice of hearing has been received
by a respondent 10 days after the date the complaint and notice of hearing were
deposited with the United States Postal System.
2. Any contention that improper notice was
given is deemed to be waived unless the respondent raises the issue to the
Board before the commencement of arguments on any other motion related to the
complaint or the opening statement of the petitioner, whichever occurs
first.
