Nev. Admin. Code § 632.Sec. 1.1 - NEW
For the purposes of section 2.6 of Senate Bill No. 336, chapter 229, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1444 (NRS 632.2397), the Board will interpret "under the supervision of a physician" to mean under the supervision of the treating physician.
