Nev. Admin. Code § 633.360 - Advertisement of practice
1. An osteopathic
physician shall not advertise the practice of osteopathic medicine in a manner
that is:
(a)False; or
(b)Intended or has a tendency to:
(1)Deceive or mislead the public;
or
(2)Create unrealistic
expectations in any particular case.
2. Proof of actual injury is not necessary to
establish a violation of subsection 1.
