Nev. Admin. Code § 634.620 - Appearance and practice at hearings

1. A party who is entitled to appear may appear in person or by an attorney.
2. An attorney who appears as counsel in any proceeding must be an attorney at law who is admitted to practice and is in good standing before the highest court of any state. If the attorney is not admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, he or she must be associated with a Nevada attorney.
3. Any attorney of record who wishes to withdraw from a proceeding before the Board must immediately notify the Board or the presiding officer in writing of that fact and name the party whom he or she represents.
