Nev. Admin. Code § 636.230 - Compliance with provisions of NAC and NRS relating to optometry
For the purposes of NRS 636.295, the Board will consider the failure of a licensee to comply with any provision of a federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation relating to the provision of optometric services, including, without limitation, any provision of this chapter or chapter 636 of NRS, to constitute unprofessional conduct.
