Nev. Admin. Code § 638.0197 - "Veterinarian-client-patient relationship" interpreted

For the purposes of this chapter, a veterinarian has a "veterinarian-client-patient relationship" concerning an animal if the veterinarian satisfies the conditions set forth in subsection 3 of section 3 of Assembly Bill No. 200, chapter 186, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 872 (NRS 638.1521) .
