Nev. Admin. Code § 638.490 - Additional inspection of agency after discovery of deficiency; failure to correct deficiency
1. If a deficiency
is found during an inspection of an agency , the Board or its representative
will conduct a second inspection at the expense of the agency after the time
given to correct the deficiency.
2.
If the deficiency is not corrected:
(a) The
Board may revoke or refuse to renew the license of any euthanasia technician
employed by the agency ; and
(b) The
Executive Director of the Board will notify the State Board of Pharmacy and the
Drug Enforcement Administration of the Department of Justice.
