Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.395 - Informal hearings
The Board may hold an informal hearing to:
1. Mediate problems;
2. Discuss factual or legal questions
relating to the propriety of certain conduct;
3. Discuss certain conduct and warn holders
of licenses that engaging in the conduct will be a violation of law or of the
Board's regulations; or
4.
Determine the appropriateness of holding a formal hearing on any
matter.
