Nev. Admin. Code § 645.627 - Location of office
1. A broker shall
establish an office in a location which is easily accessible to the public. If
the broker chooses to establish an office in a private home or in conjunction
with another business, he or she shall set aside a separate room or rooms for
conducting his or her real estate business. The broker's office must comply
with local zoning requirements.
2.
A broker who is licensed in Nevada but who maintains an active license in
another state shall comply with the provisions of subsection 2 of NAC
645.655.
