Nev. Admin. Code § 645D.040 - "Certified inspector" defined
"Certified inspector" means an inspector to whom a certificate has been issued pursuant to chapter 645D of NRS, including, but not limited to:
1. A certified residential inspector;
2. A certified general inspector; and
3. A certified master inspector.
