Nev. Admin. Code § 645D.045 - "Distance education course" defined
"Distance education course" means a course of instruction in which the student receives instruction at a location at which the instructor is not physically present. Such a course may include, without limitation, instruction provided via CD-ROM, the Internet or videoconference.
