Nev. Admin. Code § 645D.090 - Applicability of chapter
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, this chapter applies to any person who:
(a) Performs inspections of residential or commercial property; and
(b) Signs a document regarding the inspection in a way that designates the person as a "certified inspector."
2. This chapter does not apply to any person exempted from the provisions of chapter 645D of NRS pursuant to NRS 645D.100.
