Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.100 - Designation of Division, employee or other person by Commissioner to perform duties of Commissioner
The Commissioner may designate the Division, an appropriate employee of the Division or another appropriate person to perform any function or duty assigned to the Commissioner by a provision of this chapter.
