Nev. Admin. Code § 648.437 - Citation: "Reasonable time for abatement of the violation" interpreted
As used in NRS 648.165, the Board will interpret "reasonable time for abatement of the violation" to mean not later than 3 days after the issuance of a citation containing an order of abatement.
