Nev. Admin. Code § 680A.011 - "Group of insurers" defined
"Group of insurers" means those licensed insurers required to be reported by an insurance holding corporation pursuant to the provisions of chapter 692C of NRS, or a set of insurers identified by management for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting.
