Nev. Admin. Code § 681A.110 - Agent or broker acting as intermediary
An agent or broker licensed pursuant to title 57 of NRS may act as an intermediary, if the agent or broker complies with all laws, rules and regulations relating to intermediaries when engaged in the activities of an intermediary.
