Nev. Admin. Code § 683A.100 - "Insurer" defined
Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to "insurer" contained in NRS 683A.025, 683A.085 to 683A.0893, inclusive, and NAC 683A.105 to 683A.165, inclusive, shall be deemed to include any employer for whom a program of self-insurance is administered by an administrator.
