Nev. Admin. Code § 695D.140 - Maintenance of records
1. An organization
shall retain permanently, on microfilm or by other suitable means, the minutes
of each meeting of its governing body and any advisory panel on members'
satisfaction.
2. An organization
shall retain for 3 years, or until an examination of the organization has been
completed by the Division, a copy of all published material used to market the
organization and scripts used for advertising on radio or television.
3. The records of an organization must be
segregated from the records of any subsidiary or related corporation and must
be treated as separate corporate documents.
4. All records of the organization must be
kept in this State and retained for examination by the Division for 3 years or
until the next examination is completed by the Division. Each organization
shall comply with the provisions of
NRS
693A.050,
693A.060
and
693A.070.
