Nev. Admin. Code § 704.3105 - "Person with a disability" defined

"Person with a disability" means a person who:

1. Is affected by any physical or mental disability as described in NRS 615.110 or a substantial handicap to employment as defined in NRS 615.130; or

2. Receives disability benefits from the Social Security Administration.
