Nev. Admin. Code § 704.3918 - "Landlord" defined
"Landlord" means a landlord of a mobile home park:
1. Who is subject, in whole or in part, to
the provisions of chapter 118B of NRS; and
2. Who pays a provider for water service and
who distributes or resells the water to one or more residential
tenants.
