Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.230 - Use of trade or fictitious name
No transportation network company may use any trade name or any fictitious name without prior notice to the Authority of its intent to use the name. The Authority may issue an order prohibiting the use of a fictitious name only if such a use would violate state or federal law.
