Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.390 - Scope; applicability of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure

1. NAC 706A.390 to 706A.770, inclusive, govern practice before the Authority.

2. To the extent that any action before the Authority is not covered by the provisions of NAC 706A.390 to 706A.770, inclusive, the Authority may, to the extent it deems appropriate, use the appropriate provision of chapter 233B of NRS or any applicable rule of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.
