Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.440 - Formal written complaints: Investigation and recommendation of action by staff of Authority
1. If the staff of the Authority receives a response to a formal written complaint, the staff shall examine the complaint, the response and any other information the staff has obtained which is necessary for the resolution of the complaint.
2. After completing an investigation of the matter set forth in the formal written complaint, the staff of the Authority shall notify all parties of record of the results of the investigation and shall recommend any action that the parties should take to resolve the complaint.
