Nev. Admin. Code § 706B.Sec. 135 - NEW
Any application fee paid to the Authority before the effective date must be credited to any fees due to the Authority pursuant to section 28 . Any additional amount owed by such an applicant must be remitted to the Authority not later than 15 days after the effective date for the issuance of a permit.
