Nev. Admin. Code § 80.380 - Limitation on selection of alternative due date; exception
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Secretary of State may limit the number of times a foreign corporation can select an alternative due date.
2. The Secretary of State may allow for additional selections of an alternative due date beyond any limit imposed by subsection 1 in extenuating circumstances.
