Nev. Admin. Code § 446.109 - Eggs

Current through August 4, 2021

Eggs must be received clean, from an approved source and within proper temperature parameters, and in sound condition. Eggs must not be used if the eggs do not meet the tolerances established by the United States Department of Agriculture or any applicable law of this State.
