Nev. Admin. Code § 618.842 - Transcript

Hearings must be transcribed verbatim. A copy of the transcript of testimony taken at the hearing, fully certified by the reporter, must be filed with the Board before whom the matter was heard. The Board will promptly serve notice upon each of the parties and interveners of the filing of the transcript.
