Nev. Admin. Code § 636.560 - Testimony must be under oath

Current through October 13, 2021

All testimony to be considered by the Board in any hearing, except matters noticed officially or entered by stipulation, must be sworn testimony. Each witness must swear or affirm that the testimony he is about to give in the hearing before the Board will be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
