N.H. Admin. Code § Ahp 209.05 - Recording the Hearing
(a) Except in the
circumstances described in (b) below, the presiding officer shall record the
hearing by electronic recording or any other method that will provide a
verbatim record.
(b) A hearing on
the immediate suspension of a license or certification pursuant to
RSA
541-A:30, III shall be recorded by a
certified shorthand court reporter provided by the board.
(c) If any person requests a transcript of
the verbatim recording of a hearing, the board shall:
(1) Cause a transcript to be prepared;
and
(2) Upon receipt of payment for
the cost of the transcription, provide a copy of the transcript to the person
making the request.
