N.H. Admin. Code § App 212.01 - Record of the Hearing
(a) The council
shall record the hearing by tape recording or other method that will provide a
verbatim record, except that a proceeding on emergency action shall be governed
by RSA 541-A;30, III.
(b) If any
person requests a transcript of the taped record, the council shall cause a
transcript to be prepared and, upon receipt of payment for the cost of the
transcription, shall provide copies of the transcript to the
requestor.
(c) At the request of a
party or intervener to any proceeding involving disciplinary action, the record
of the proceeding shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter
provided by the council at the requesting party or intervener's expense. A
request for a certified shorthand court reporter shall be filed at least 10
days prior to the hearing.
