N.H. Admin. Code § Ban 507.01 - Commercial Deposits Allowed
The issuance of non-interest bearing negotiable orders of withdrawal for business customers (corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and organizations) shall be allowed under this rule and the banking statute (RSA 386-A:23) of the state of New Hampshire.
