N.H. Admin. Code § Ban 507.02 - Deposit Rules Required
Commercial deposits shall be authorized by the bank's governing board in its formal minutes. Bank regulations or rules or both shall specify the deposit limit and dollar limitation of such account, statement date, charges, signature requirements and may require other usual banking practices related to deposit accounts.
