N.H. Admin. Code § Bcr 212.02 - Petition for Rulemaking
(a) Any
person shall make a request to the board to commence a proceeding for the
purposes of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a petition which
contains:
(1) A statement of the intent,
purpose, or particular result intended by the petitioner;
(2) If the petitioner proposes to amend or
repeal an existing rule, an identification of the particular rule sought to be
amended or repealed;
(3) Any data
or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in deciding
whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding; and
(4) The proposed text.
