N.H. Admin. Code § Bcr 212.04 - Deficiencies in Petitions
(a) If the
board determines that any petition does not meet the requirements of this
section, it shall immediately notify the petitioner in writing of the specific
deficiencies.
(b) Upon receipt of a
corrected petition the board shall take action as outlined in
Bcr
212.03.
