N.H. Admin. Code § Bcr 215.02 - Definitions

For the purpose of this part, the following terms shall be defined as follows:

(a) "Evidence" means all information, other than oral argument, submitted and considered by the board as part of the appeal record.

(b) "Licensing board" means the electricians' board, established under RSA 319-C:4, or the board of home inspectors, established under RSA 310-A:186.
