N.H. Admin. Code § Bcr 216.02 - Action on Petitions for Declaratory Rulings
(a) The
petitioner shall provide such further information as the board shall direct
after reviewing the petition.
(b)
Petitions shall be dismissed when the board lacks subject matter or personal
jurisdiction.
