N.H. Admin. Code § Bfc 103.01 - Composition of Board
(a) Pursuant to
RSA
153:2, the board shall consist of 11 members,
appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, for a
term specified by law.
(b) One
member shall be designated chair by the governor.
(c) The board shall elect a vice-chair at its
annual meeting.
(d) The chair shall
preside over all meetings of the board.
(e) In the absence of the chair at a meeting
of the board, the vice chair shall preside.
