N.H. Admin. Code § Cor 101.26 - Residential Treatment Unit
"Residential Treatment Unit" means a housing unit within the department that is organizationally and operationally separate and clinically and programmatically managed by the division of medical and forensic services, and which is designed, organized, and staffed to provide safe, secure behavioral health treatment to individuals who have functional impairments interfering with their ability to live in other general prison housing units.
