N.H. Admin. Code § Cor 409.05 - No Job Available Status
Residents shall be assigned to the NJA status when:
(a) He or she is newly incarcerated and is in
the orientation period; or
(b) His
or her work performance at an assigned job is substandard through no fault of
his or her own.
