N.H. Admin. Code § Cor 409.07 - Job Assignment Suspension
(a)
Residents shall be suspended from his or her work assignment without pay during
the disciplinary and due process procedures utilizing the "Individual Job
Assignment Suspension Form", if it is determined there is a threat to
institutional security, the safety of residents, staff or the public.
(b) Residents suspended without pay that are
found not guilty of the charges used to suspend them shall be reimbursed all
missed pay while suspended.
(c)
Residents removed from his or her work assignment administratively pursuant to
(409.06) above shall be paid at the standard NJA status pay-rate, and permitted
to pursue employment in other areas.
(d) Residents may appeal their administrative
removal from an assigned job to the warden or director on a "Request Slip" form
as defined in Cor 312.
